Passengers who are 2 years of age may apply for membership; children under the age of 12 years share the same
rules of mileage credits with adults. Members under 12 years of age are not eligible to redeem online. They must be
accompanied by their parental or legal guardian with presentation of membership cards and both identity cards and
certificate of relationship.

When members have accumulated 20,000 elite mileages or 35 elite sectors in consecutive 12 months, they are
entitled to be upgraded to gold card membership. However, gold card membership will be automatically renewed
for another 1 year when members have accumulated 18,000 elite mileages or 30 elite sectors within 1-year validity
period. When members have accumulated 40,000 elite mileages or 70 elite sectors in consecutive 12 months, they
are entitled to be upgraded to platinum card membership. However, platinum card membership will be automatically
renewed for another 1 year when members have accumulated 36,000 elite mileages or 60 elite sectors within 1-year
validity period.

Members acknowledge that Air Macau reserves the right to limit the number of seats made available for redemption at its absolute discretion. After 15th January 2010, Redemption will be issued only after a reservation is confirmed. Waitlisted flights for redemption are not permitted. Members are eligible for redemption only when they clearly indicate the flight route / number / date / booking class when making a reservation for the flight desired. Open-dated tickets are not permitted for redemption.
Online redemption
Members can redeem online with membership number and password to login their accounts. After verifying that there are sufficient mileage credits for redemption and seats available, he /she needs to pay for all relevant taxes and fees online by credit card to complete the redemption. Members can only redeem award tickets online.
Town office redemption
Members can process redemption in our town office with presentation of membership cards and identity cards. After verifying that there are sufficient mileage credits for redemption and seats available, he /she needs to key in password (6 digits) and pay for all relevant taxes and fees to complete the redemption. Members under 12 years of age are not eligible to redeem online. They must be accompanied by their parental or legal guardian or authorize a third person with presentation of membership card, identity cards and certificate of relationship.
Redemption authorization
If members can not collect redemption awards in person, they can authorize a third person who must present their membership card and both identity cards, key in password and pay for all relevant taxes and fees. In the case of redemption transfer, the identity card of the transferred person must be shown as well.

Members must hold a valid ticket before they redeem upgrade. Award tickets, discount tickets, group tickets, charter tickets and barter tickets are not permitted to redeem upgrade. Only tickets with elite mileage accrual ratio 50% or over are eligible for redeeming upgrade.
